Return Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

The user has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day the user receives the product(s).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify the data controller through an unequivocal statement, in writing via email to hola@missfolk.com.

2. Requirements for returns

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its original tags.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
The product must not have any odors different from new merchandise.
The product must not have been washed or ironed.

3. Return expenses

The return costs of the product will be borne by the buyer. The buyer may choose the shipping method they prefer, but the data controller is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during transportation.

4. Return procedure

To make a return, the buyer must follow these steps:

Notify the data controller of their decision to withdraw through an unequivocal statement in writing via email to hola@missfolk.com.
Pack the product securely, including all accessories and documentation.
Send the product to the data controller at the following address: Attn: William Dondyk. C/ Menorca 8, Bajo A. 28009. Madrid.
Retain the shipping receipt for the product.

The data controller will refund the user the total amount of the purchase, including the initial shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product and verification that it meets the requirements established in this Return Policy.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that the user used to make the purchase.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Returns of the following products will not be accepted:

Customized or made-to-measure products.
Perishable, deteriorable, or quickly expiring products.
Products that are not in perfect condition, unused, and with their original tags.
Products that have been washed or ironed.
Products that do not have the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
